Fabien co-founded the ​law ​firm Walter Billet Avocats where he supervises the M&A and Private Equity practice​.

​Fabien’s industry expertise covers IT biotechnologies and energy​.​ Fabien ​advises a number fast-growing businesses in those industries, as well as their major stakeholders, public of private.

​Fabien is a member of the Paris Bar and holds a Master’s degree (DEA) in business law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
